The user warrants that they will use the account for personal use only and keep their credentials to themselves only, i.e., their credentials may not be disclosed to any third party. 

By using the Website, you warrant that you are of age (18 years or older) and of full legal capacity. You may use the Website if you are underage provided that consent has been granted by your parents or legal guardian. In such case, the parents or legal guardian agrees to be bound to the Terms and Conditions and be held liable and responsible for all your obligations as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. 

4. Conclusion of sale and availability of stock

Users that are registered may place an order on the Website, with which Purchitall or Third Party  Sellers may accept or reject. Please be aware that the sale will only be considered finalised once Purchitall or its Third Party Sellers indicate that the purchase order is being delivered to you, regardless of whether payment has been made. However, if the availability of stock becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, rest assured that Purchitall will refund the paid order amount to you as soon as possible.

You may cancel your order at anytime as long as this occurs before receiving an indication of goods dispatch or delivery. Thereafter, you may only return the good as per the Refund Policy.

Purchitall and its Third Party Sellers reserves the right to modify prices and stock availability without prior notification. We are not obligated to inform you of any changes in pricing or stock availability as all Goods on offer are available for a limited time.

Purchitall relies on information from various Third Party Sellers and cannot guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided. Thus, Purchitall holds no liabilities for any inaccuracies in the information provided by Third Party Sellers. 

5. Payment

Purchitall is makes use of secure online payment facilities. All goods for sale on this Website can be paid using the following methods: 

1. Debit Card: Purchase orders on the Website will only be processed once payments have been completed and approved. You warrant that you are fully authorised to make use of the debit card for completing the transaction. 
2. Credit Card: Purchase orders on the Website will only be processed once payments have been completed and approved. You warrant that you are fully authorised to make use of the credit card for completing the transaction.

Once you have selected your payment method, you will be directed to a link to a secure site to make the appropriate payment for the purchase order. 

No other form of payments (cash, EFT, etc.) will be accepted. 

6. Delivery of goods

1. Method of Delivery: Delivery of goods will be conducted exclusively through courier services.
2. Changes to Delivery Prices: Purchitall reserves the right to modify delivery prices at any time without prior notice. The most applicable delivery prices are available during the checkout process.
3. Delivery Timeframe: While we strive to deliver your order promptly, please note that delivery of goods may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase. However, if the goods are not available within this timeframe, customers have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund within seven (7) days of receiving a communication from Purchitall.
4. Order Fulfilment: Purchitall's obligation to deliver the order is considered fulfilled once the goods have been successfully delivered to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Purchitall is not responsible for how a product is used once the product has been delivered to the specified address. 

7. Errors, Inaccuracies and omission

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). 

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. Purchitall may at anytime create gift vouchers (electronic or otherwise), and promotional coupons which may be available for use on the Website as long as they are still redeemable and valid. Gift vouchers and coupons expiration dates are non-extendable. Please read further for the different conditions:

1. Redemption: Gift vouchers and coupons are redeemable for eligible products or services specified on the voucher or coupon. Redemption is subject to availability.
2. Expiry Date: Gift vouchers and coupons have an expiration date, as indicated on the voucher or coupon. Expired vouchers or coupons will not be honoured.
3. Transferability: Gift vouchers and coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Limitations: Each gift voucher or coupon is valid for a single use only, unless stated otherwise. Multiple vouchers or coupons cannot be combined for a single transaction.

1. Independent Sellers: The products listed by third-party sellers on our platform are offered and sold by independent sellers who are not directly affiliated with Purchitall. Purchitall acts solely as a facilitator, providing the platform for sellers to showcase and sell their products.
2. Seller Responsibility: Each third-party seller is solely responsible for their products, including product quality, accuracy of descriptions, pricing, and fulfilment of orders. Purchitall does not assume any liability or warranty for products sold by third-party sellers.
3. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or issues related to products purchased from third-party sellers should be addressed directly with the respective seller. Purchitall may, at its discretion, provide assistance or mediation to help resolve such disputes, but cannot be held responsible for the outcome.
4. Returns and Refunds: As per the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transaction Act 2002 (“ECT Act”), Purchitall will handle all returns and refunds on behalf of Third-Party sellers to ensure that customer services remain consistent. Please refer to our Return Policy.
5. Product Information and Availability: Product information, availability, and pricing provided by third-party sellers are subject to change without prior notice. Purchitall does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of products listed by third-party sellers.
6. Indemnification: By purchasing products from third-party sellers on our platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purchitall, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your transactions with third-party sellers.
7. VAT Registered Vendors: Some Third-Party Sellers may not be VAT (Value-Added Tax) registered vendors and therefore may not charge VAT on goods sold. Thus, non-registered VAT vendors may not issue a tax invoice.
