Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We unfortunately do not offer free shipping as “free shipping" is usually incorporated into the sales price of goods which makes it more expensive for the customer. In this way - we ensure customers can purchase even more.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: We do not offer calculated shipping rates at this stage. Please refer to the simple flat rate shipping.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer the following shipping rates within South Africa.

Local Delivery
Local Delivery is within the province of Gauteng only. Estimated delivery is dependent on time of order, location, and weight/volume of the order.
National Delivery
National Delivery is the to all provinces of South Africa excluding Gauteng. Estimated delivery time is dependent on time of order, location, and weight/volume of the order.
In-store pickup
We do not as yet offer in-store pickups as Purchitall is an online store. If you would like to pick up our package from a nearby store, we can arrange for a in-store collection at your nearest Pargo affiliated store.
International Shipping
We operate within South Africa only.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2-3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@purchitall.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
